Beijing Olympics specific low carbon target? What are those?

on June 23, 2019, the Beijing games organizers in combination with the Beijing municipal government, the hebei provincial government jointly issued the "2022 Beijing Olympics and the winter paralympics low carbon management plan, carbon emissions and carbon neutral measures, implementation of Beijing Olympics low-carbon targets, including four specific objectives:

it is a low carbon energy, the construction of low carbon energy demonstration projects, establish suitable for Beijing Olympics green electricity trading mechanism to different regions, the comprehensive implementation 100% renewable energy to meet the venue conventional electricity consumption demand;

two is low carbon venues, the construction of a total construction area of not less than 3000 square meters of ultra-low power consumption such as low carbon demonstration project, the new permanent venues all meet the requirements of green building rating;

third, low-carbon transport, events held during the conference within the basic realization of clean energy vehicles transportation services (excluding special vehicles) security;

4 is low carbon standard, promote forestry carbon sequestration project, establish Beijing Olympics low carbon management accounting standards, create its heritage.

Beijing 2022 Olympics organising, since the Beijing games organizers work closely with Beijing, hebei provincial government, mix, various measures to steadily push forward and made some progress, including all venues using renewable energy, building venues fully satisfy the standard of green building, during all the venues to use 100% of green power, energy saving and clean energy vehicles accounted for all previous Olympics highest, greening afforestation project launched its legacy for future generations, winter Olympics carbon GSP and so on.
