4, project description:

new jiashan xitang to xiamen city railway engineering overall assumes the north-south line, starting point is located in jiashan jiaxing to maple area south railway station, jiashan county, the new industrial park, town, Chinese man, but to the north of zhejiang provincial boundary to Shanghai demonstration area railway demonstration area boundary, line length is about 19.79 km, which underground section 5.87 km, the period of 13.92 km, set the station 5 (jiashan, xitang, china-singapore industrial park station, but stand station, station few swings, including jiashan station for interconnectivity way, already from jiaxing to maple south district railway engineering design, not the tendering scope).Design speed of 160 km/h, 25 kv power supply system with ac, 1 set traction power & substation.Vehicles transporting willy in jiaxing to maple south seven regional railway vehicle base, control center using the jiaxing to maple south district of jiaxing south railway construction control center.The engineering estimation directly engineering investment as: 6.068522418 billion yuan.With a total investment of about 9.573 billion.

5, bidding scope:

(1) all the station and interval (including station and interval of wind, water, electricity and integrated pipeline) and wide range of system, the station decoration, communication and signal (AFC) and power supply system, rail, and the lines in jiaxing south control center, seven star vehicle base setting docking system of form a complete set of equipment and the associated equipment and interface of the preliminary design, and construction drawing design, construction coordination in the process of the work (including cooperate late bidding for TOD development needs, provide relevant information and data model design, and shall cooperate with the work of the service).

(2) the special demonstration, argument includes revision, involving iron prediction, selection of vehicles and equipment demonstration, foundation pit safety argumentation, public safety and operational services designed paper, harmful gas tunnel test analysis and evaluation (if any) and anti-floating waterproof bits (if any) in underground railway stations, subways, protect evaluation (outside of their own qualifications, after approved by the tenderer, allowing the subcontract), as shown in the technical terms.

(3) the special design of civil air defense (outside of their own qualifications, after agreed to by the tenderer, allowing the subcontract).

(4) the fine mesh layout, measuring, surveying (including but not limited to 1:500 topographic map revision) and built, investigation content (including but not limited to built along the peripheral, material foundation, obstacles, and so on and so forth collection, investigation, proven work (including pipeline detection) 】.

(5) all BIM construction (including vertical elevation modeling (geotechnical engineering), with optimization, assist in drawing, model pipeline migration, assist the earthwork balance, etc.).

（2）运营期：自项目运营期起始日起至项目移交完毕日止。本项目的运营期不超过17年。在本项目的合作期内，不同子项目的运营期起始日，以子项目竣工验收合格转入运营期次日确定。
